orders which have put our Operations team under tremendous pressure. Owing to this we are not able to fulfill
Same Day Delivery as we promised. We will be back with our promised Same Day Delivery soon. Till then

Over the last few days due to bulk orders we have experienced a shortage of supplies from our merchants. We
are trying our best to source the products from different merchants and ensure 100% fulfillment of your orders.
Some of your orders might be affected due to this, please accept our apologies for that.

promised. Our team is working tirelessly to improve your shopping experience and deliver your goods on time.

Since you are not doing same-day delivery, does that means my Fresh Fruits, Vegetables and Meat are
collected in advance?
Although we are not doing same-day delivery, we understand the importance of Fresh groceries, all the wet
items like fruits, vegetables, meat, and frozen products are only collected on the day of delivery.
Why am I not able to add/ delete items in my order?
Due to bulk orders, we have to plan ahead for collection to ensure 100% fulfilment hence we are not able to
edit the orders already placed.
If my items are not available will I get a refund?
If there is any product that is not in stock we will process a refund to your account;
For Credit Card Payment: Refund will be processed back to your card in 5-7 business days.
For PayNow transfers: You can opt for store credit, or send us your bank details via email and we will transfer the amount to your bank accounts. Please send us an email on [email protected] with your order number.
Can I get my delivery earlier than the slots mentioned on-site?
Due to heavy order volume, we cannot promise early delivery at this moment. We thank you for your patience
and understanding in this matter.
